His professional liability practice includes the defense of lawyers, insurance agents/brokers, and real estate professionals. Mr. Hufnagel's personal injury defense practice includes negligence, premises liability, public entity, products liability, construction, and automobile actions. Mr. Hufnagel also counsels employers on all aspects of employment law. He also has experience in litigating insurance coverage actions.
